Cookies are small text files that a website saves in your browser during a visit. On later visits the browser sends them back to the website, so the website can, for example, recognize that you have already logged in, remember what is in your cart or count how many people visit it.
Cookies don't run programs, don't contain viruses and don't give access to other data on your device. Some of them disappear when you close the browser (session cookies) and some stay for a set time (persistent cookies). Cookies saved by mindshiftlife.space itself are first-party cookies. Cookies saved by external services embedded in the website are third-party cookies.
§2Who is responsible for cookies
Controller
MSLife LLC
1111B S Governors Ave STE 21058, Dover, Delaware, United States of America
Email: hello@mindshiftlife.space
The providers listed in §5 are also responsible for their third-party cookies. If cookies make it possible to link information to a specific person, they are personal data. In that case the rules for processing them and your rights are described in the privacy policy.
§3Your consent
We save cookies that are necessary for the website to work without asking for consent, because without them the website could not provide the service you ask for, for example keeping you logged in or processing a payment. The basis is Article 399(2) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law and, as far as personal data is concerned, our legitimate interest in keeping the website working and secure (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) or the performance of an agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
We save all other cookies, meaning analytics cookies and third-party functional cookies, only after you consent (Article 399(1) of the Polish Electronic Communications Law and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You give or refuse consent in the banner shown on your first visit. You can accept all categories, reject all of them or choose only some.
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time in the cookie settings, available through the link in the page footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was withdrawn. Refusing consent does not limit your access to the website or your ability to make a purchase.
§4Types of cookies
Necessary
They make the basic functions of the website possible: logging in, keeping the session, the cart and secure payment, protection against abuse and remembering your cookie decision. They cannot be turned off in the banner, but you can block them in your browser, which will stop parts of the website from working.
Functional
They let you use additional features provided by external services. The website does not use such cookies at the moment. If that changes, we will add them to the list in §5 and save them only after you consent.
Analytics
They help us understand how you use the website: which pages are visited, where visitors come from and where difficulties appear. The data is collected in statistical form and is used only to improve the website. We save them after you consent.
Advertising
We don't use cookies to show ads or to track your activity on other websites for advertising purposes. If that changes, we will update this policy and ask for your separate consent.

This data does not leave your browser and disappears when you close the tab or clear your browser data.
Sign-up forms for the newsletter and waitlist load a MailerLite script (UAB MailerLite, Lithuania). When the script loads, MailerLite receives your IP address and browser information, and after you submit the form also your first name and email address.
The website's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. When they load, Google receives your IP address and browser information. Google Fonts does not save cookies.
The server the website runs on keeps standard logs, including the IP address, the date and time of the visit and browser information. They are used only to keep the website working and secure.

§8Transfers of data outside the European Economic Area
Some of the providers listed in §5 are based in the United States, so information collected by their cookies may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Transfers take place on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, for providers covered by it, or on the basis of standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
